First, log in to your Retailer account. Click &ldquo;Inventory List&rdquo; on the left navigation pane.

Inventory List acts as a portal. On this page, you will find all the products you&rsquo;ve been adding to the Inventory List.

Let&rsquo;s see the actual list first. By default, the products are sorted by Add Time, the newest product will be shown first on the list. You may choose to sort them by Add Time, Inventory, or Price, as you like.

You can see the names and pictures of the products, their prices, inventory, and the actions you may take to manage them.

By default, all the products added will be shown. You may view and manage particular products by selecting these options:
Tags, click to select the tags you&rsquo;ve defined when you were adding the products to the Inventory List. You may also choose &ldquo;UnTagged&rdquo; to show the products to which you haven&rsquo;t added any tags.

Category, click to select a category to show all the products that belong to this category.

Listing status, click the show all the products already listed to your stores, or all the ones that haven&rsquo;t been listed to your stores.

Download status, click the show all the products already downloaded to your computer, or all the ones that haven&rsquo;t been downloaded to your computer.
Unavailable Products, click on this checkbox to show all the products with zero inventory. You may use this option to show and remove all the unavailable products.

Search Products, here you may enter the name of the Item Number of the product to search them.

After any of these options are clicked, checked, or searched, you may click &ldquo;Reset&rdquo; to return to the original list.

How to manage your Inventory List Part 1

On the top, you will see how many products you have listed in your stores, you can list up to 2000 products (Business Plan) to your stores totally. And you may click here to View Listing History.
You will see how many products you have downloaded to your computer, you can download up to 2000 products to your computer per month. And you may click here to View Download History, and click here to enter the &ldquo;Downloaded File Center&rdquo; to actually download the products&lsquo; data.

For any single product, you may click &ldquo;List to Store&rdquo; and list it directly to your store, such as Shopify. We will explain this process in detail in another video.

You may click &ldquo;More Actions&rdquo;, then &ldquo;Download&rdquo; to download the product data, and manually upload it to your store, such as Amazon, which doesn&rsquo;t support the &ldquo;List to Store&rdquo; option at the moment. Again, we will explain this process in detail in another video.

You may click &ldquo;Add to cart&rdquo; to add this product to your Shopping Cart, then click the Cart symbol to place and pay for an order.

If you haven&rsquo;t added any Tag to your product, or you want to add more Tags, you may click &ldquo;Add Tags&rdquo; to add one or more. If you already added a Tag to your product, you may click &ldquo;Edit Tags&rdquo; to check or uncheck tags or add new ones. You may also click the &ldquo;Tag Management&rdquo; button to manage all your tags in one place, such as add new ones, rename or delete the current ones, or choose Monitor the certain tag or not. We&rsquo;ll tell you about Tag Management and Monitoring in detail in another video.

Just above the list, you may find these four bulk-action buttons. To use them, click on this checkbox to select all the products in your Inventory List, or check two or more products. The actual actions are the same as we just mentioned. Be careful with the &ldquo;Select All&rdquo; and &ldquo;Remove&rdquo; actions, because this will remove all the products from your Inventory List.

How to manage your Inventory List Part 2

Step 1: if you want to know the newest information of your listing, you should enter the listings page, In there you could confirm all of changing information from items, such as: Sales Price, Inventory.

5.1 If everything works, you can press &ldquo;View Imported Products&rdquo;
5.2 If there are any failed projects, it will let you know the clear reasons for the failure as below screenshot shown. You need to figure out why it failed, fix it, and reload it

How to list Doba products to eBay? 

If you want to change a product Connection, follow these steps:
Step 1：Enter your Doba Center &gt;&gt; click &ldquo;Connection&rdquo; option, then you will see all the products you have added before.

Step 2：Click the "Edit" button on the right to Edit connection information. In the edit window, you can modify the Store SKU and Fulfillment Latency information here if you need.
Step 3：If you want to change Doba product Item No, you need to modify "Product Name" and click "Change" button to change the new product Item No. Then click "Check" button to confirm the product information,if the product information is correct, click "Save" again to save your change.

If you want to delete a product Connection, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the "Delete" button on the right to Delete connection information.

Step 2: If you want to delete multiple product connections at one time, you can click "Select All" in the upper left corner of the page to delete product connections in batches.

Noted: Shopify and eBay platforms does not require manually adding a connection, so connection information cannot be edited or deleted.

How to edit connection?

Step 1：Enter the Doba Center, click &ldquo;Connection&rdquo; in the drop-down bar of "My Products" in the left menu, and enter the Connection page, then Click "Import Connections" in the upper right corner to bind Connections in batches.

Step 2: Click "Download Excel Template" in the pop-up window to Download the Template. After downloading, open the Template and fill in the following four contents: Platform. Store Name, Store SKU, Store Product Name and Doba Item Number.

How to bulk connection?

Before clicking "Purchase Order" button in "Store Orders" to quick place your orders, you have to handle connect Store SKU to the Item Number.&nbsp;
Step 1 Confirm your store SKU connect to which product Item Number on DOBA &gt;&gt; copy your store SKU and Item Number
Step 2 Log in your DOBA account &gt; click &ldquo;Connection&rdquo; in the left sidebar &gt; click &ldquo; Add Sourcing Connection&rdquo;

How to connect store SKU and doba item number?

Step 1: Click "Notification Settings" button to set notification rule &gt;&gt; Click "Add a New Notification Rule" button to set email notification rule
Step 2: Fill in Rule Name &amp; Choose tag file &amp; Choose frequency &gt;&gt; Done &amp; click "Confirm" button to complete email notification rule &gt;&gt; Any update of the products in the tag file you choosed that you will receive mail alert according to your email notificatioin rule
If you want to edit or delete the notification, you should click the &ldquo;Notification Settings&rdquo;, then you could edit or delete the notification info in the pop-up windows.

How to manage notification?

Step 1 Click "Notification Settings" button to set notification rule &gt;&gt; Click "Add a New Notification Rule" button to set email notification rule.
Step 2 Fill in Rule Name &gt;&gt; Click your register email account or enter a new email address to receive this email.
Step 3 choose the frequency you want then the system will send the email to you according to your need. We have daily and weekly options for you choose.

How to set updated info?

If you want to know how to use and manager the tags in the Inventory List, please follow these steps:
