Terms of coupon reward on Doba.com
These terms apply to all the reward events mentioned on Doba.com.
I. Threshold for monthly order amount reward
- For paid business plan and enterprise plan members only. If your monthly (natural month, UTC+8 time zone) paid order amount on Doba.com reaches from $2,000 to $19999, you will get a $30 coupon from Doba. If your monthly (natural month, UTC+8 time zone) paid order amount on Doba.com reaches or exceeds $20,000, the business plan paid members will get a $50 coupon, and the enterprise plan paid members will get a $120 coupon from Doba. Reaching the target amount and the activity qualification is based on the latest paid pricing plan.
II. Threshold for new user coupon reward
- Doba.com detects your registration status and your account status has been approved, you can claim a new user coupon pack. If you register maliciously, Doba.com will limit your new user coupon reward.
III. Threshold for store connection coupon reward
- Available for paid Start-up and Business plans only.
A $10 cash coupon is redeemable for each successfully connected store.
Start-up users may only qualify to redeem one cash coupon, while Business users may qualify to redeem up to five.
The store being connected must be a valid new store that has not previously been connected to Doba.
IV. Instruction for use
- i. All coupons can only be used for upcoming orders on Doba.com and each coupon can only be used one time; the coupon for the monthly order amount reward is valid for 60 days from the date of receipt and a single coupon is $30, $50 coupon will be divided into two coupons of $25, $120 coupon will be divided into four coupons of $30; the coupon for new users is valid for 30 days from the date of the claim.
- ii. Doba.com will issue the monthly order amount coupon to your Doba account within the first two weeks of the current month.
- iii. The New User Coupon Pack shall be redeemed within 30 days after a successful account registration. The Coupon Pack contains two coupons: $3 (get $3 OFF any purchase of $5 or more) and $7 (get $7 OFF any purchase of $20 or more). Coupon(s) must be used within 30 days of redemption.
- iv. A $10 cash coupon may be redeemed for each successfully connected store. Coupon must be redeemed within 15 days after a successful store connection and must be used within 90 days after redemption. Coupon shall no longer be redeemable if any of the following conditions occur:
1) The connected store is disconnected or deleted
2) The paid plan is expired or downgraded
3) The account is suspended. - v. Doba.com may at its discretion change these Terms, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any aspect of the event without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable. It does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR RELATED BEHAVIOR ON THE COUPON REWARD EVENT AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST STOP USING YOUR COUPON.
- vi. You understand and agree that once any abuse of the event is detected, Doba.com reserves the right of suspending/ terminating your reward qualification, deducting the coupon (if it has been completed), and all the other necessary actions that can retrieve the loss of Doba.com.
- Doba.com reserves the right to the final decision on the coupon reward event.
