Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
1) The buyer cannot cancel the order before shipment;
2) After the order is generated and the payment is made, the logistics track shall be online within 7 days (the status of 17 tracks is checked as accepted). If it is not online within the specified time, full refund is supported;
3) Refunds during the delivery period are not supported within the expected delivery period of the store (please see Clause 3); If it exceeds the expected delivery period of the store (please see Clause 4), refund is supported within the delivery period;
4) If the order is marked for delivery and the logistics is not properly delivered more than 15 days (including 15 days) after the delivery, full refund is supported;
5) In case of logistics delay caused by peak season, bad weather, major holidays or other external factors, if it is more than 25 days after the internet access, including non-delivery on the 25th day, full refund is supported; Other special items, such as charged, powder, liquid, paste, etc., that have not been delivered for more than 25 days after the internet access, including the 25th day, will be fully refunded;
6) If the package is damaged, the quality problem, or the goods are not on the right board, the buyer should provide the physical photos. If there is a problem with the use of the package, the buyer should provide the problem video to support the full refund and disposal of the discarded goods;
7) In case of lack of accessories, provide physical photos and give priority to reissue. If the buyer does not accept them, they will discard the goods and support full refund;
8) If it is not received, provide screenshots of customer after-sales processing at the back of the store to support full refund;

If the order is damaged in transit, with valid proof provided.
The order will be fully refunded within 3 business days of the refund request unless the retailer has requested a replacement.

Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received:
1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on the order and confirmed by the carrier it was delivered to the wrong address, the order will be fully refunded or replaced within 3 business days.
2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and suppliers will only provide proof of delivery, the refund request will be denied.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
If the packages/goods ordered have issues (damaged/broken/stains/minor/scratch/poor quality/not as described/wrong item received, missing item etc.) , with valid proof provided The order will be either replaced or refunded and the supplier may request the product to be sent back.
1) If the supplier requests the product returned, the product will either be replaced or refunded within 3 business days after product is returned.
2) If the supplier does not request the product be returned, the product will be refunded within 3 business days of the refund request.
