If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 10 business days (from the time in the logistics website tracking info), the buyer shall contact [email protected] or us through the Doba account with Contact Message for a solution.
Destroyed in transit
If the order is damaged in transit, i.e. product is damaged during transit, the buyer needs to provide photos and videos to contact [email protected] or us through the Doba account with Contact Message. If we confirm that the product is damaged due to shipping, we will provide exchanges and return.
Returned to sender(except case: wrong shipping address left on orders)
(1)If the package is returned to sender because the customer left the wrong shipping address on the order, the supplier would have to charge the buyer an extra shipping fee for shipping a second time.
(2)If the package hasn’t been delivered because of the buyer is not at home in the estimated arrival time displaced on the website, and eventually the packages send back to the sender. We would have to charge buyer an extra shipping fee for second time shipping
(3)If the package is returned it was due to refusal, the sender will charge the buyer fee for the second shipment and the supplier have the right to refuse to refund.
Delivered but not received
If the transit time exceeds the estimated delivery time 10 days or more, the buyer shall contact [email protected] or us through the Doba account with Contact Message. Our team will help you to check the delivery status, and re-arrange the delivery if the package is lingered at the postal station or refund within in 1-10 working days if the package is lost.
Damaged or Broken, Stains/Minor scratch/Poor quality, etc., Not as described (size/color/style), Wrong item received, Missing Item/accessories
