Once these subscription changes are live, our Start-Up users will no longer have the previous access they did and will need to subscribe to one of our subscription plans to continue using Doba’s benefits. Additionally, Doba Direct and our subscription Add-On’s will only be available with an active Doba subscription.
If you are a Business or Enterprise subscriber, your benefits will not be affected.
If you choose to cancel your subscription with Doba, your account will still be available to use so that you can view products and historical orders. If you need to use a function that is not available without a plan, please contact customer support or upgrade your subscription directly in your account.
