Enter the Store order, firstly, let's look at the "Store" in the top left. There will show all of stores you connected before. When you need to check the orders from one of your stores, you could click the &ldquo;store&rdquo; and select the store you want.

When you need to pay for the orders, there are two ways for you to choose:
Method 1: Single synchronous order payment
Step 1: Click a synchronous order that you need to pay
Step 2: Click "Purchase Order" on the upper right of the Order, then enter the payment page.

Method 2: Multiple synchronous order payments
Step1: Click "Select All" in the the bottom of the filter
Step 2:Click the "Purchase Selected Order" to pay for all of selected multiple synchronous orders.

Manage Store Order

Step1: Click the &ldquo;store order&rdquo; option&rdquo; &gt;&gt; you can select the orders in your store which waiting to be paid in the search box.

Step2: If your customer no longer need the product and you don&rsquo;t need to purchase it,you can remove it from &ldquo;store orders&rdquo; &gt;&gt; click the &ldquo;remove&rdquo; option to remove a product &gt;&gt; if you want to remove the orders in bulk,you can click &ldquo;select all&rdquo; then remove the products.

Store Order page introduction

There are four ways for you to place an order on DOBA:
1.) Place orders without connecting any store with DOBA
Step 1 Find the products you want to order &gt;&gt; click "Add to Cart" &amp; add it to the shopping cart

2.) Place orders via &ldquo;store orders&rdquo; option
If you have connected your online stores to DOBA, your orders would be synced to your DOBA account automatically under "Store Orders" tab. You can see all your connected stores together with all orders belong to each stores here. And you can place your orders easily by click the button "Purchase Order".

3.) Place multiple orders

4.) Place pick-up orders
Some products on the DOBA support pick-up by yourself, so how do you find them?
When selecting products, pay attention to whether the product details page shows pick-up instruction and pickup price. The goods that do not show pickup instruction and pickup price do not support pick-up by yourself.
Step 1 Please find the products that supplier has set pick-up price

Purchase Order

If you haven&rsquo;t set up the product Connection, or you haven&rsquo;t connected your store. Or, you just want to place an order for yourself. You have to manually place that very order on Doba, using the &ldquo;Add to Cart&rdquo; option. Manual order placing is quick and easy.&nbsp;
First, log in to your Retailer account.
Find the products one by one, click &ldquo;More Actions&rdquo; here. Or if you are on Product Details page, click the &ldquo;Add to Cart&rdquo; button. Then add other products of the same order to the Cart as well. We recommend you only add the products that belong to the same order to the cart at one time.
Then click the icon to enter the Cart. Or, just click &ldquo;Select All&rdquo;, if all the products belong to the same order, then click &ldquo;Proceed to Checkout&rdquo;.
On the &ldquo;Order Review&rdquo; page, please enter your Store Order ID, choose the platform, and enter the Store Amount.
Then please add an address, your buyer&rsquo;s address.
Next, if necessary. You may click here to enter your remark, if you have something to say to the seller.
Finally, please click &ldquo;Pay Now&rdquo;. On the Payment page, please choose a payment method: Card, PrePay, or Wire Transfer.

Manually Place Orders

Some products on Doba support picking up with prepaid shipping labels. You may choose this model when placing orders, especially if you are selling on such platforms as Wayfair, Overstock, et cetera. Just upload the prepaid shipping label to Doba, then the seller will automatically receive it and send the label to the warehouse, then the warehouse staff will print it out and apply it to the package, then contact the shipping carrier to pick up the package later. It sounds complicated, but all you need to do during this process is to upload the prepaid shipping label, and leave everything else to Doba, the seller, the warehouse, and the shipping carrier.
Now, let&rsquo;s see how to find the products which support Pickup.
On the product searching result page, you may check this filter to search them out. If a product does support Pickup, you may also find this on the &ldquo;Product Details&rdquo; page.
Next, let&rsquo;s talk about how to place Pickup orders.
On a &ldquo;Product Details&rdquo; page, click &ldquo;pick up with a prepaid label&rdquo;, then you will enter the Template downloading page. There&rsquo;s a second way to enter this page, on the &ldquo;Purchase Orders&rdquo; page, click &ldquo;Place Multiple Orders&rdquo;.
Anyway, on the downloading page, please click &ldquo;Download Pickup Template&rdquo;. Wait for a while for the downloading to complete, then open the file.
Then, please fill out the form, according to the sample row. For &ldquo;Country/Region&rdquo;, you must choose one from the second sheet only. You can copy the Item Number on the product details page, and paste it back here. For &ldquo;Shipping Service Provider&rdquo;, you must choose one from the third sheet only. Fill in all the cells, and please don&rsquo;t forget to delete the sample row.
Finally, please save and close the file.
Then, return to the web page, click &ldquo;Choose File&rdquo;, find and select the template file you just saved, click &ldquo;Open&rdquo;, then click &ldquo;Upload &amp; Preview&rdquo;.
If something is wrong, you will find this error message after you click the button. In this case, please click here to download the Error Report, modify the template, and try again.
If everything is OK, you will enter the &ldquo;Order Review&rdquo; page. Here, please review the order. And click here to upload your shipping labels. Please note we only support PDF and some picture formats. And the file shouldn&rsquo;t exceed one and a half megabytes. If you have more than one shipping label for the same order, please rename them as the Store Order ID, plus an underscore, plus a serial number. And please remember: one shipping label can only be uploaded once, to one order.
After the label files are uploaded, please check the other aspects of the order.
Then click Pay Now to enter the &ldquo;Payment&rdquo; page, here, please choose a method, and complete the payment.
Now, the Pick-up order placing process is completed.

There have two options for you to find the fulfillment information:
1.) you can also find the tracking number &amp; info of your store orders under the tab of "Tracking No. Record" in your DOBA backend.

How to check fulfillment information?

When you pay for your order in the first time, the system will remind you to do set a payment password with 6 figures.
To change the payment password, you can follow the following steps:
Step 1: Enter "Doba Center", click the user , and select "Account Settings".

Payment method introduction

When you enter the &ldquo;Purchase orders&rdquo; page，you could check the order status and order information.
Step 1: Log in the Doba center, then enter the &ldquo;purchase orders&rdquo; page.
Step 2: There are 8 kinds of order states for Doba platform orders, including "awaiting Payment", "Pending", "unshipped", "in transit", "completed", "closed", and "in Refund". " in Chargeback".
Those 8 orders states have different meanings:
<ol>
<li>&ldquo;awaiting payment&rdquo;means that the synchronous orders are waiting for the payment.</li>
<li>&ldquo;pending&rdquo;means that the order had been paid but waiting for the system approval.</li>
<li>&ldquo;unshipped&rdquo;means that suppliers still do not ship out the orders.</li>
<li>&ldquo;in transit&rdquo;means that the product has been shipped and is being transported.</li>
<li>&ldquo;completed&rdquo;means that The package has been delivered and the order has been completed.</li>
<li>&ldquo;closed&rdquo;means that the buyer cancels the order or the supplier cancels the order for some reason, and the order has been closed.</li>
<li>&ldquo;in Refund&rdquo;means that the buyer submit refund request, and the order is being processed after sale.</li>
<li>&ldquo;in chargeback&rdquo;means that buyer submit a chargeback.</li>

Step 3：In the "Purchase Order" page, you can also know your shop order number, Doba order number, order time, place of shipment, delivery method and payment amount.

Step1: You can request return in the &ldquo;purchase orders&rdquo; option and click &ldquo;request return&rdquo; button.

Step2: There has two refund type &ldquo;refund without return&rdquo; and &ldquo;refund after return&rdquo; &gt;&gt; If you don&rsquo;t receive the package,you need to choose &ldquo;refund without return&rdquo;. If you received the package,you need to choose &ldquo;refund after return&rdquo; first,and wheather you need to return the products depends on the supplier.

Step3: We have 6 kinds of refund reasons for you choose &gt;&gt; if there has something wrong with the product you received, you need to provide us the pictures as below. After the supplier see your refund request,they will handle it ASAP.

Refund process introduction

If you want to check the states of refund request you submit, you should follow the below steps:
Step 1: Enter the refund page, then you could find all of refund requests you submitted before.
Step 2: From the filter, You could choose different refund type, such as : Refund without return, Refund after return.
And you could also choose the different refund status,&nbsp; such as : Awaiting seller response, Unshipped, In Transit, Awaiting refund, Refunded, Closed.
At last, you could choose the return request in a period of time.
Step 2：When you find out the return request , you could click the &ldquo;View detail&rdquo; and check the processing progress of return request.
